5. STRANGER season 2 (비밀의 숲 2)

Synopsis: Hwang Si-mok (Cho Seoung-woo) is an exemplary prosecutor who suffered from hypersensitivity to certain frequencies of sound. From his surgery, he couldn’t feel empathy and now he lacks social skills too. While he was investigating a case, he meets Han Yeo-Jin (Bae Doona), a police lieutenant. They solve mysteries together behind murders and that leads to large corruption scheme between the Prosecutor’s Office and a private conglomerate. (season1)

This is Season 2 of the series, so I highly recommend you watch Season 1 first!
Season 2 was out only because of the request of the fans. This tells how well-made a drama series it is.

The screen-writer of this tv-series Lee Woo-jung is one of the best Korean screen-writers.  Her recent works all rated the top,  best known for ‘Reply 1997’, ‘Reply 1994’ , ‘Reply 1988’ ,and recently ‘Prison Playbook’.

7. The KING: ETERNAL MONARCH (더킹 , 영원의 군주)

Genre: Romantic Fantasy
